(Harrisburg, PA)—The Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business Scholarship Board proudly announces the availability of its sixth annual scholarship for the next generation of women business leaders in Pennsylvania’s communities. The fund, created and supported by past Best 50 Women in Business award recipients, will serve as a means of extending support to PA’s future businesswomen.

Linda A. Carchidi, Vice President JFC Staffing Associates, and founding advisory board member of the fund states, “It is our hope that this monetary award will not only assist a worthy recipient in achieving her educational goals, but it will also serve as a source of inspiration and pride throughout her career. As business leaders we have each sought to attain true excellence in our chosen fields while remaining vital, service-minded members of our local communities.”

Applications, instructions and criteria can be downloaded here. All applications must be postmarked no later than April 19, 2008. The scholarship will be awarded during the 13th Best 50 Women in Business event May 19, 2008, in the capitol region.
